Big Game Fishing - Catch Blue Marlin, Barracuda, Swordfish & Shark off the coast of Kenya

About the Boat

TEGA is a 33ft. Aquabell Sport Fishing Boat, fully equipped with Fox Purpose- Made Rods; Shimano Reels; Raymarine Plotter; Fishfinder; Safety Equipment; and brand new Sabre Perkins 265hp diesel engines, giving her a top speed of 26 knots. This makes her one of the fastest boats out of Watamu, enabling her to get to the outer fishing marks in double-quick time.

Louis and myself are both qualified Skippers, Louis having over 20 years experience on the waters between Kilifi to Lamu, and he has an uncanny skill of finding the fish. We can carry 3 or 4 anglers, however, for fishing safaris 2 anglers are ideal.

Our day starts at 6.30am.

All drinks, bait and equipment are provided, so all you need are shorts, T shirt, hat, sunglasses and plenty of high factor sun lotion.

TEGA is a very happy, fun boat, and great care is taken to give the clients what they ask for.

The whole experience of fishing the warm waters of the Indian Ocean is one I never tire of. Returning to Watamu around 4.30pm, to an ice cold beer, what could be better?

Daily Charter Fees

The daily charter fee for the boat 20010/11 is:

  • September to November - £460.00
